Refunds for subscription fees (including any onboarding fees) are not provided once payment has been processed.
If you have subscribed to a recurring plan, you may be eligible for a full refund (excluding applicable taxes) of the recurring fee, provided that:
Your cancellation request is made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
The request is submitted via email or through your account dashboard.
Cancellation requests received after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund.
Due to the digital nature of our products (e.g., courses, webinars, digital downloads), all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
In rare cases, such as technical issues preventing access to purchased content, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
